Do not use their bonus system.
I read the terms of service and decided to play a bonus.
I got to a point of around 900+ dollars and had my spins on auto, after hitting the required amount to get my bonus money I suddenly were only able to get 40 dollars and they took the 860+ dollars aswell as the machine kept playing for the REAL money I had left so I ended up with nothing.
Do not use the bonus system because they will take all of your winnings.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I received the feature on egyptian fire, then it froze all of a sudden. So I quickly took a screen shot of what was happening, because this is not the first time this has happened to me. When I eventually got back into the Egyptian fire, because it really didn’t want me getting back into. It was back on spins that were alot less than what I was spinning. And it wasn’t in my history. The support staff couldn’t give me a proper explanation as to why this has happened.

Best support
Being a vip is nice here. Even though the new bonus system is really unfair for players that have achieved max vip status on the previous permanent system. 
The new bonus system resets every month. Still being vip brings you attention and some good offers. 
Nevertheless it's a casino with high win percentage . And lately fast withdrawals. 
They have the best support I ve ever come across. One thing yo note is that they will correct confiscation of winnings by their bonus system. 
Which is rare .
They should consider the bonus system and their new menu interface for android.

Well I'm not feeling my vip host is completely honest with me. I feel as if we don't have a good connection. There has been times I had asked him if I could be issued a bonus. He tells me absolutely nothing nothing af all. And I ask support and they happily willing and issue me a bonus. And this is after my vip tells me nope nothing make 100$ deposit and I can be issued 15 sping when support issues me 55 spins for the deposits have already made. Like I feel lied to and cannot take his word for truth after catching him in multiple lies..

Overall a good experience
I have been playing for just over a year now.When covid shut down all the casinos and the bars were closed that have the VLT machines is was the best alternative we had in Saskatchewan, Canada.
The best part of my experience with getslots is my VIP manager. He has made it very enjoyable. 
The only problem I have is the free spins they aren't usually worth playing. Some of the bonuses are a bit to high. Don't get me wrong I have won nice amounts on the bonuses I have received from my VIP manager Larry!!
My overall experience has been very good!
I will continue to play regularly!

Great fair playing, not fair giving money back
To be honest I like the site and games I feel they play fair, As far as customer service is concerned there isn’t any, I requested a withdraw by LTC which I deposited using LTC no bonus just straight deposit and I managed to get it up and 40 mins later withdrew my money via LtC straight to my wallet. Now most casinos using crypto including these guys have done withdraw in 10mins -2hrs tops this with draw was marked in progress an hour later today im still waiting for my withdraw. I have sent 5-10 emails to them not once have they replied I have been on live chat to ask for the manager to get this sorted out to be told there not available and they will just tell u what I have already said just wait for support to do it and send you an email. NOT GOOD ENOUGH I wanted to speak to supervisor or manager which I was told I couldn’t there on a very tight schedule so there seems to be no authority here. I waited and requested for support to process it still nothing or reply hours later. 
This comes off the day prior I had to wait 24hrs for LTC I deposited to go into my account they said they had it and it will be in later this evening which it wasn’t it was the next day. 
RED FLAGS, IM STARTING TO FEEL THEY HAVE ISSUES HERE. 
I’m pretty understanding if they actually replied to just 1 of the 10 emails I sent I would be comfortable but to completely ignore me smell like a scammer 
Be very careful here nothing seems to go smoothly with money in and out of your account im at the stage where myself and 4 others I know are looking else where just can not be trusted.
