Manchester City are aiming to add a new trophy to their ever-growing collection in Saudi Arabia.
Pep Guardiola’s side are taking part in the Club World Cup for the first time, having qualified for the competition by winning the Champions League last season. City clinched an historic treble of Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup and are now gunning for yet another trophy.
As Champions League winners, they go straight into the tournament at the semi-final stage, where they face Urawa Red Diamonds on Tuesday. The team flew out to Saudi Arabia straight after their 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace on Saturday and will now try to put their disappointing run in the Premier League behind them. Here is all the information you need to know.

City play the Japanese side at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah on Tuesday, December 19 at 6pm UK time. That is 9pm in Saudi Arabia.

The match will be broadcast live in the UK on TNT Sports 2, with coverage starting at 5.45pm. It can also be streamed live on the Discovery + app.

City have been without Erling Haaland for their past three matches in all competitions. The star striker has a foot injury and has sought the help of a fitness guru called "The Fix" in a bid to recover in time for the Club World Cup.
"He has been in treatment away,” Guardiola said last week. “Hopefully, he can travel to Saudi, we go there tomorrow after the game. He is going to travel with us and, after, we will see if he is able to play in the first game or the second game, or when we come back. I don't think he will play (against Palace) but maybe he surprises me and they tell me something new."

City have won just one of their past six matches in the Premier League and have dropped to fourth place, five points adrift of leaders Arsenal. But the chance to become just the fourth English side to win the Club World Cup is an alluring prospect.
If they beat Urawa Red Diamonds then City will take on Fluminense in the final on Friday after the Brazilian side beat Al Alhy in the first semi-final on Monday. They have to see off their Japanese opponents in Jeddah.
