The 3-MODE button stopped working after 6 months!
Great look, design, water pressure, and coverage, but Kohler needs to do something about the MODE button. After 6 months, I am now unable to switch settings. I love the shower head, but this is a big issue for me. I don't want to have to keep buying a new shower head every few months

Button Stopped Diverting Water
We purchased the shower head to wash our three year old kids in the shower. The button gets pushed everyday, so it does get used frequently. I would have guessed that it would last more than 4-5 months. Will contact Kohler regarding replacement

Pros: Connector to shower arm is metal Hand shower feels like solid polymer No modification necessary for water pressure of 85 Hose is metal Cons: Main shower head feels like really cheap plastic, about the thickness of three water bottle sides stuck together. Other parts are plastic. Maybe I am just old school from when products were real. For this much money, I would like to see more metal
