Can't close the account ans they waste your time when you request it. They prey on degenerate gamblers because they offer wide range of games. Once you're in there is no way out. And they ignore your marketing preferences. Scammy bunch. Also withdrawals are dragged out so much that you will receive them only if you wait for 2 weeks which is ridiculous.

They didn’t want to close my account at…
They didn’t want to close my account at first.
Then I made 3400$ they charged me 300$ fees for withdrawal (more than 1 withdraw a month) but I didn’t had this issue before but because I made a big amount they charged me.

Greatest Casino Ever, best support und a very nice Casino Site !

Account was closed when i started winning
I deposited 25€ twice. The first time i lost it all. When i started winning the second time (was up to 200-300€) they just closed my account and refused to say why. Just called it "buisness reason" that they couldn't elaborate on. Seems to be a scam i guess if they close accounts when you're winning. Stay safe

The design and fluency of the website on my mobile phone made me start to use this as my main casino. From there on things only get better. After playing a while, I got assigned a account manager. And got to tell you, Martin is a great guy who is on to things.
I deposit regularly, and never had one doubt. When something goes wrong it never takes more than half a day to help me.

I've been requesting for 6 weeks to close my account and keep being to I need to contact the right team by email 6 weeks later I've had one email response to verify a card ,why would I verify a card that I want to close my account on I've lost between 300 and 500 a week since I asked them to close my account because I've gambling issues ,it's so distressing

Avoid this book at all costs, i had deposited 150$ with 100% match i rolled over the money per their bonus conditions and i was able to convert the bonus funds to around 1400.00 real cash. About 1 week later after some more bets I tried to withdraw my balance of 1200.00. 3 days later I go to check on my account and it says my withdrawl was rejected due to "bonus manipulation" and all my money was gone, I had a balance of a 150.00 (the original deposit). They also could not provide what way I manipulated the bonus. This is extremely shady and I would say to avoid this place.

Over two weeks waiting on document approval, Finally get them approved now into my 3rd week waiting them them too pay out, absolute scam artists.
The live chat team are next to useless just get told its being handled by a different department.

The casino is good but there could be more games from some providers e.g. Amatic games there are many more but unfortunately at palm slots not or Gamomate games just the same.
and I find the minimum deposit amount with giropay high because you can only deposit from 50 euros otherwise the rest is good the games run great the profit possible opportunities I have so far not really but hope that comes yet.

Where did my win go?
Sorry to say, most casinos I've tried are ok. Palmslots do give a quick response if I contact the support, but it can't be a coincidense that many times feel that I'm getting closer to a bigger win, I get an error saying "the player doesn¨t exist". 
(I know, I'm crazy to keep on playing here - but I play at 5-6 companies and only 1-2 times a month so I do forget. )

Actually a very good Casino, sadly they removed some payments like paysafecard. but still viable good games and good payouts. Cant claim anything. I had my biggest wins actually on Palmslots, but also my biggest loses. Sometimes the Menue feels not so smooth for the game selection, but as a german ur happy if you can play without any giving preterms at the casino. Best MM
